AXC F 2152 loses IP-adress after power off

I am a teacher , and the AXC F 2152 controllers are used in an educational environment.
With some of our purchased AXC F 2152 controllers, we regularly experience that after starting up the PLC, the IP address has changed to 0.0.0.0.

  • At the time of purchase, we disabled the password prompt at startup on all PLCs to ensure a smoother startup process.
  • On some PLCs, after a power cycle (power off and back on), the IP address is reset to 0.0.0.0.
  • How can this issue be resolved?

while assigning the ip address using netnames, please select the save IP addresses Permanently in options. Which is available in bottom right side in the netnames.

Or try to assign the ip address using WBM.
