Hello, how it is possible to setup the AXC-F 2152 simultaneously as a Profinet controller and as a device. A phoenix contact application engineer state out this thesis, because we planed this PLC in our project. But actually there is no possibility visible to to it. Hello Andreas, It is possible with just the AXC F 2152 as long as both PN Networks are in the same Subnet. Or by adding the AXC F 2152 + ETH XT module you are able to run two seperate PN Networks (by IP and MAC.) PN Master MAIN (10.0.0.1) —> PNDevice AXCF 2152 (10.0.0.2) || XT ETH( 192.168.1.10) PNMaster ----> (192.168.1.123) PN BK Field Level.
Hello Oliver, thanks for your reply. Okay, from our actual project status it is possible to use for all devices, the same IP-area. So, please revise my thesis if it is wrong, the AXC F2152 can be used as a type of gateway to be a controller for profinet devices (e.g. at ethernet port X2) without S2 redundancy functions and publishes the captured data as a device in another profinet network with system redundancy S2 (e.g. a ethernet port X1)? In our actual project: The communication in the lower level profinet without SR2 is realized and tested. Thats ok, as I use the video description from the question (https://www.plcnext-community.net/en/discussions-2-offcanvas/i-need-some-help-to-communicate-plc-in-profinet.html). BUT here some clear questions: 1. My program writes the informations from the lower profinet devices in a defined order of data/variables. But how can I order these infromations, to provide these data for a master in a higher profinet network? 2.
