AXC2152 FW 2021.0.0 LTS Web Based Management Issue

I have recently updated my AXC2152 to the latest LTS firmware, but this seem to have caused an issue with the web based management of the unit. Please see screenshots attached. The issues encountered are:

                                             1. When on the WBM login page an error message appears about the querying system used for notifications (this appears no matter how long the unit is powered up).
                                             2. License management in the WBM no longer works - no apps or licenses are displayed (Query failed is the error)
                                             3. Web services menu option just times out.

I had no issues with the previous version 2020.6 The errors occur with a project running on the unit and also with no project running on the unit. Any and all ideas are welcome :wink:

Hi Andrew, Please try doing a Type 1 reset on the PLC (using the sudo recover-plcnext 1 command). Between versions 2020.6 to 2021.0, there were changes to the way that security certificates are stored and managed, and depending on the history of the PLC’s file system, there is a chance of snags like this after the upgrade. Please let us know if a Type 1 reset solves the problem. ~ Martin.
