I’m afraid that the AXC 1050 is not part of the PLCnext Technology family. You can get technical support for all Phoenix Contact products through your local Phoenix Contact office. A hint on this problem, though: There is a document that you can download from the Phoenix Contact website, which I have also attached here. According to that document, error 0x0BC1 indicates a voltage error on the Axioline bus. The technical support people in your local Phoenix Contact office should be able to help solve that problem.
