Subject: Issue with AXL F AI2 AO2 1H (2702072)

I am encountering an issue with the AXL F AI2 AO2 1H (2702072). I have two sensors, both of which have a current output of 4-20mA.
I connected the first sensor to terminal blocks (21-31) and configured the parameters to 4-20mA. It worked properly, providing accurate readings without any errors. However, when I connected the second sensor to terminal blocks (20-30), again using the 4-20mA configuration, the E2 LED indicator turned red. The diagnostic check indicated two open circuits.
I then tried changing the configuration to 0-20mA. While the E1 LED turned off and no errors were displayed, there were also no readings or signals. To further investigate, I connected the second sensor to terminal blocks (21-31), and it worked properly with accurate readings, which suggests that the sensors are functioning correctly.
The problem appears to arise when either sensor is connected to terminal blocks (20-30) with the 4-20mA configuration. I am uncertain why this issue is occurring. Are the IO modules unable to support two analog inputs with the 4-20mA configuration?
