Hi Team, We have an issue and are not getting any further. We have a AXC F 1152 connected with a BWP 2070W. When we power the whole cabinet at once, like our end customer does, and the screen boots faster then the PLC there is a white screen. It freezes thereafter. When the BWP boots later then the PLC it works and keeps working. We have updated the PLC and screen to the latest firmware but no luck. We also checked all the parameters and can’t seem to change the boot time. Is there something we overlooked? Thanks in advance, Carel Kemper
Hi Carel, Unfortunately the PLC can’t do much about this, so I passed this question to the HMI support team, who gave this answer: [quote]The firmware update for the BWP changed the maximum wait time, but you still have to change the wait time in the cockpit of the BWP. Please go to the “URL icon” in the cockpit, then change “Connect to URL after…” (seconds) to a value that is slightly longer than the boot time of the PLC [/quote]If this does not solve the problem, please let us know.
