I checked and fixed my router wifi, my PLCnext connected Interner succesfully, but i can’t connect with Proficloud, i set up the time by German time, it still doesn’t work, Have anyone give me some solution ? Thanks

After waiting 10 minutes, i met new error , how to fix it ? I found on FAQ, it not give solution for MQTT
The Cloud support team have said this may be due to a known error. They have now changed something in your account.
Please try the connection again.
thanks , i just put the data to Proficloud succesfully, but i wonder that can i delete metric that i doesn’t use ?Because there was a time when i was testing any one value myself, unrelated to my project, i wanted to delete some values to save storage , because max 20 values can be put up
