I have installed .NET Core 2.2.3 as explained in this article. The app is a simple “hello world” app that only prints something to the console. ‘dotnet --info’ prints the expected output. But the app itself doesn’t work. It prints nothing and hangs forever until killed with the KILL signal. Control+C does nothing. I did change the “System.Globalization.Invariant” in the runtimeconfig.json file. I’m not sure yet what that’s good for or why it’s required. Also, a self-contained published app (targeting the runtime linux-arm) has the same behaviour. Just hangs. (Without the runtimeconfig.json patch however.) Is .NET Core supported on the PLCnext AXC F 2152? If it’s not, we can’t use it for our purpose.
Others have reported app hangs with v2.x. Try using the latest dotnetcore 3 preview runtime and SDK. https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-core/3.0
