I need to setup communication between AXC 2152 and 1 wire bus temperature sensor DS18B20 model. Is there a way to do it, can someone help please.

That is a PCB-mounted device that does not seem to have a standard signal interface for industrial automation applications. You will need to add an industry-standard interface to that sensor (e.g. a standard current or voltage interface like 4-20 mA or 0-10V), then you can use an Axioline analog input module to read the value in to an AXC F 2152. Adding that interface is something that an electronics engineer will need to help you with.
