Compatibility with Web Interfaces

Hello The WPxx interfaces are compatible with the HMI Webserver of our PlcNext (AXC F 2152 / AXC F 1050) ?

Hi Ricardo, An eHMI application in PLCnext is a HTML5 web application, so it can be viewed in any HTML5-compatible browser. I understand that Phoenix Contact’s current WPxx series of HMIs all support HTML5, so the answer to your question is “yes”. =============================================== Edit : As mentioned later in this thread, the recommended Web Panel for eHMI applications is the WP4000 series. The WP3xx series has gone through a number of revisions in its lifetime, and some revisions are not guaranteed to work smoothly with all eHMI applications.

Little Bit Up here… I have WP3070W panel and i made small visualization with Engineer7 software, but i am not able to see visualization on my panel screen. I see only “loading ring” but it does not go anywhere. URL is checked as well as IP-settings and i noticed that even in Engineer7 settings in visualization program it say http port 80, it anyway jumps to “https” page in PC screen. So visualization works fine from AXCF2152 to PC browser but not working with WP3070W. Https is not anyway the problem because i can see with panel for example mGuard https pages with no problem. Specs from panel: 2400253-00, WP 3070W, HW/FW 01/100.0 Yhteistyöterveisin / Best regards

Hi Henri, the WP 3070W product line is deprecated. We strongly suggest to move forward with the WP 4000 product line which has been specifically approved to run PLCnext Engineer HMI applications. The product should be available by the end of the week. WP 4000 Product Line WP 4000 Product Line Best regards, Roman
