Hello, I just saw a video about Remote access to control cabinets with CAPAROC and PLCnext in Youtube -„https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gO2INCY0Hxw“ . I would like to know which all devices are comparable with PLCnext controller so that I can get access to CAPAROC device remotely? Can we use CPU 1515F-2PN? Hoping to get a reply soon. Thank you.
The CAPAROC system includes Profinet device capability, so you can exchange data between the CAPAROC system and any Profinet controller, e.g. any PLC from any manufacturer that is a Profinet controller. The additional parts of the solution shown in the video - including the logic and the user interface - were developed for the PLCnext platform. You might be able to do something similar with other PLCs, but you will need to program that yourself.
