Hi engineers in the community, I am planning to create a control and monitoring interface on Proficloud for the classification of goods, is it possible? And can monitor by phone, I refer to have node-red do that but I want to do with Proficloud, thanks

Thank Mr. Martin, I have another problem, my kit comes with „cloud credit“, initially I entered the available UUID of the device on the web server and it failed (even though the kit I just bought), I was going to use cloud credit but i dont know the way to enter this new UUID number, please tell me.
Apparently cloud credits used to be included in earlier shipments of the Starter Kit. Those could be used with Proficloud.net, which was the „original“ Proficloud site but which has now been superseded by Proficloud.io, which does not use the same credits system. So unfortunately the old Proficloud credits you have cannot be used on Proficloud.io.
The good news is that you are able to use up to 20 Metrics for free on Proficloud.io.
So my „unscrapped“ cloud credit card is now disabled? The UUID code is available on WBM, although the kit I just unboxed, it does not show online status. Then how can I connect to Proficloud.io?
Firmware version 2022.0.3 (recommended) will automatically connect to proficloud.io, and not to proficloud.net. This cannot be changed.

I'm not sure what you mean ... the UUID of the PLCnext Control device should be valid on proficloud.io. Cloud Credits were redeemed on the proficloud.net website, not through WBM.

Effectively, yes (sorry). The new Proficloud service (at proficloud.io) does not use Cloud Credits.
Cloud credits should not be shipped with Starter Kits any more.
How can I connect to proficloud now , or is it free? At best I will contact the office in Singapore
Yes, as soon as your PLC has an internet connection, and if the Proficloud system component is enabled in WBM, then the PLC should be able to connect to Proficloud. Your free Proficloud account at proficloud.io includes 20 free „Metrics“.
Someone from your local Phoenix Contact office can also help set this up if necessary.
You also have to enable the Proficloud connection in WBM. This is covered on the „Getting Started“ page on the proficloud.io website.
Please help me to check this problem, I have tried reading all the documentation, enabled on WBM, pinging the IP address normally, still not working
Just to be clear, when you open a secure shell session on the PLC using ssh, are you able to ping a public IP address or DNS name like phoenixcontact.com from the PLC?
