Hello Pradip, Sorry for the delay, it has been extremely busy here. I have now had a brief look at your project, and I notice that the array that receives the response from the I/O module is 20 bytes in length. According to the documentation of the DO module (2688349), hardware revision 03 returns 116 bytes of data in response to request code 0x18. If this is the problem, then you should see STATUS[0] = 0x09B0 and STATUS[1] = 0x000B, indicating that the array is too small to receive the response. Can you please confirm (a) the hardware revision of the Digital Output module that you are using, and (b) what (if any) error codes you are seeing in response to PDI request number 0x18. I can also recommend upgrading your controller to Firmware version 2019.0 LTS, although I do not think this is part of the problem. - Martin.
