EPC 1502 Hardware reset

I can’t scan EPC 1502 from Online device monitor of PLC Next software.Even a week ago, it works.
I also tried to check connectivity from Proneta, Ping and EPC 1502 webserver . It doesn’t work.
Power LED and Ethernet Port LED are lit without error LED. How I can fix that?
If possible, I’d like to factory reset from hardware. But I coundn’t find any reset instruction.
Could you please tell me how I can reset it?

Here is an answer from the EPC support team:
A factory reset from external can not be done with this hardware. Some kind of connection is required (SSH).If you are running Firmware 2022.0 LTS, you could try installing a Monitor via DisplayPort. If the device still functions, the Web Based Management should be shown. If that is the case, please install a USB mouse and keyboard to your EPC, log into the WBM and make sure you haven’t defined two interfaces into the same subnet (for example the configuration X3 - 192.168.1.10 & X2 - 192.168.1.11 are not allowed and can cause errors.)Could you also try to ping the device on the other ETH-interfaces that you were not using?(default: X3 - 192.168.1.10)(default: X2 - 192.168.2.10)If this is unsuccessful, you should contact your subsidiary or after-sales service directly.
