Error message are distracting – Please improve error messages

All error messages spawned by PLCnext Engineer only give information to the user that the software “cannot” or “is unable to” or “doesn’t” …

These kind of error messages are not helpful and convey a poor and disappointing development experience.

Please …
► create helpful/valuable error messages, providing brief hints on HOW TO SOLVE the current issue.
► Create corresponding documentation pages for each of your error messages and link to the pages from the Errors panel. So, when hitting the [F1] key on the keyboard, the user is lead to that documentation page, providing more detailed information on the reason for the error message and detailed steps on how to solve the issue.

thank you very much for your open feedback.
To improve the software and the error messages is an ongoing task in the development. Unfortunately most of such messages you receive which are not good described, aber errors which should not happen or are really unknown.
But we are working hard on such improvements and the usability of the PLCnext Engineer.
