I’m running into an issue trying to install WebIQ ARM. It is showing me this error. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

There is multiple possibility :
1 : in System > system service, is the option plcnext store enable ?
2 : have you take the good version of the app ? i see you are in Firmware 2026 or further but wich one ?
It look like the app is not available for Firmware after 2026.0.0 so be carefull with the version
WebIQ 2.19 is not made for firmware 2026, but it works with it. As such it does not have an app signature which 2026 introduced. Besides that, everything should work normally.
The filename of the app would be helpful.
