Hi there,
I’m unable to update the controller with latest firmware version via web interface.
Below is the controller type and other details firmware etc.
As per below screenshot, though the new firmware -AXC_F_2152_FW_2024_0_6_LTS is shown as updated to the controller, however, HW version on the top right-hand corner is not showing updated version, still showing old version upon reconnecting to controller. I have given multiple attempts with no success.
Any advice is much appreciated.

Hi.
You have to use FW 2022.x prior to update FW 2023.x and later.
Steps to provide update FW2021 → FW2022 and then you can update to FW2024.

please find additinal Information, regarding this behavior in PLCnext Info Center (Administration - Firmware Update):
If the previously installed firmware version is still displayed after the firmware update (seeNoting the installed firmware version), an error occurred during the firmware update.
* In this case, repeat the firmware update.
The behavior can also occur when the boot process is interrupted e.g. by power loss. In this case you will observe that the PLCnext Control boots with its previously installed firmware version. To prevent such unintended firmware downgrades, Phoenix Contact recommends that after a finally successful firmware update, the same firmware should be installed once again. This way both the active and the inactive boot partition will contain the same firmware version.
