If there could be support for simple expression like this, the code worksheet will be more readable and clean. The blocks like OR, AND, GT takes a lot of space. And the younger generations are able to read expression like this.

Of course, Phoenix Contact wants to remain within the IEC 61131 standard. However, this could be a unique selling point for PLCnext Engineering in the marketing. That’s why I want to hear from other users to find out if they want something like this too.
We use a lot of mixed code in both ST and FBD because FBD gives us a better overview when debugging and making quick changes. So why not embrace the future?
Putting ST in FBD could turn very messy - and the overview you cherish would be lost.
If you like textual expressions, use ST.
