Grafana App Does Not Start on AXC F 2152 – WBM Shows Continuous Loading

Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue while running the Grafana application on my AXC F 2152 PLC.

I successfully installed the Grafana app, and the installation completed without any errors. However, when I try to start the application, it takes a very long time and never starts.

In the Web-Based Management (WBM) interface, the application status remains in the Loading state indefinitely, and Grafana never becomes available.

System Details:

  • Controller: AXC F 2152

  • Application: Grafana

  • Installation: Successful

  • Issue: Application does not start; WBM continuously shows loading.

What I would like to know:

  1. Has anyone experienced this issue with Grafana on the AXC F 2152?

  2. Are there any prerequisites or dependencies that need to be installed before running Grafana?

  3. Is there a way to check detailed logs to determine why the application is not starting?

  4. Could this be related to insufficient system resources (CPU, RAM, or storage), or is it a known issue with the AXC F 2152?

Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

I also experience this issue with grafana
Can you tell me in wich firmware your plc ?

Maybe you don’t have a SD card inside of you plc, you need one for having enough storage for the app.

you can check the logs with a powershell

First tell me your Firmware version

Hey,

iam the responsible Developer for the application. So this could be multiple reasons, when this behaviour appears.
If its possible please tell me the firmware and hw version.
Also if their no crucial data or projects on the controller that you can lost, try to do an firmware reset level 1 and then start over again.
