Hi this message is towards the developers and those who write the support guides and the community to spark a discussion on updating manuals,
Recently the support document for the HMI WP6XXX series has been updated from „4134_en_E“ to „4134_en_F“. And I noticed a big change. The default password is gone, great but what if you need to configure or update an older firmware… This is found under 2.1 „Configuration“. (See attachments for screenshots)
My recommendation is that settings and such should be kept in the document under the same header but within a footnote or something. Now there is zero reference in the document. Not very user friendly.
I hope this will spark a discussion within the community to set guidelines for developers and those who write the guidelines.
