I can't configure correctly GW EIP 1DB9

Hi, I’m new on this forum. I’m trying to communicate the GW EIP 1DB9 between PLC Compact Logix and a field sensor witch sends me its information by Modbus RTU 485
I have downloaded some docs from the Phoenix Contact but I can’t communicate correctly with the sensor

                                          1. I added The EDS file to Studio 5000, I configured the settings of the GW EIP 1DB9 by 'Shared Memory'
                                          2. I only receive 0
                                          3. I think it can be bad configuration of GW EIP, and the address pointed maybe is not the correct address for modbus, but I really need help. I can upload the Datasheet of the sensor
