Installing the IIoT_Library_4.msi

On the store, this library is available as a .msi file. When I run it to install the library it does not work.

PLCnext Engineer documentation requires that you download a SIP file and extract the library as IIoT_Library_4.pcwlx!

Please guide me how this is accomplished.
