Good Day I have the mguard app installed on the AXC 2152 controller. I am able to make the connection, once I try to open the HMI from the device it starts loading showing the loading HMI icon but hangs there. What could be wrong?
Hi franss, please use the “contact contributor” button in the store (you’ve to be logged in) to reach out for support. Keep in mind to send as much information as possible, so maybe firmware version, version of the app and maybe other app specific points could be very helpful. Hi Frank I am using the latest firmware for both the Controller and VPN app. The web page works fine when I launch it directly but via the vpn it opens the screen as per the attached picture and halts there!
Hi Frans, Did you get any feedback from the mGuard app developers when you used the “Contact Developer” button in the PLCnext Store? They should be able to explain why the performance of the eHMI is different when using their app, compared to the correct operation you see when not using their app. ~ Martin.
