Strange thing; after installing PLCNext Engineer 2022.0.1 LTS, I don’t have the save items as my colleague has; I’m missing in the left lower corner ‚Unassigned(0)‘ and in the right upper corner 'Automation Modules (0). We both have version 5.0.546.0
I assume your colleague has enabled the Option Apsect Hierarchies (Options > Extensions > Enable hierarchies)
At least that's what the Help says about 'automation modules' ;)
