Missing Target Framework for C# Programming

Hi,
On a new system (Windows 10) I have installed Visual Studio 2022 (version 17.10.4) with the corresponding workloads. Then installed the Toolchain 2023.0, with the C# Visual Studio 2022 extensions.
When I create a new project in Visual Studio, I get the error that it cannot find the target framework. It also cannot find the required references (eclrlib, pcoslib, …).
Do I need to install anything else?

Please try installing the latest version of the toolchain (2024.0):
