I wanted to run a Modbus TCP server test, but the upload failed with messages MSG_ONL0164 and MSG_ONL0197.
I tried to achieve this:
My configuration: PLCnext Engineer 2026.0 LTS, library: PLCNE_Modbus_TCP_16_20260121, controller: AXC F 1152 (Simulation_Setup_AXCF1152_2025.0.exe installed).
I tried to run PLCnext engineer as administrator, the result was also unsuccessful.
Can you post the full messages?
I’m working with the simulation from time to time but I’ve never seen this message. Sorry 
It doesn’t appear when I use this modbus function block in my program either.
Thanks for the answer! I also use simulation a lot (it works perfectly), this error only occurs in my Modbus TCP test. 
What versions are you using (PLCnext Engineer, Modbus TCP library, AXCF1152 simulation FW, and Windows)?
