MQTT Error connecting to Proficloud

Good morning,

I have an AXC F 2152 and could connect it to Proficould with no problem. 
Last week I had to reset it and upload its firmware to the 2021.9 and since then I can't connect it to Proficloud.io.

I have it on UTC time and it has connection to internet (I can connect to the PLCnext Store for example), but when I try to connect to Proficloud, the following error appears on the WBM: 
[b]Connection attempt failed. MQTT error. [/b]

I have tried to reset the token but it doesn't work either.

Do you have any suggestions on what the problem is?

Hi,

There seems to have been a problem with the creation of the new certificates. In this case, please send me the UUID of your controller. We will then reset the certificates and the next time you try to connect, they will be installed automatically.

The certificate has now been reset, so please test this again.

I have deleted the post containing the UUID, for security reasons.
