Network Connection lost

Hello, When starting “online” by PLCNext(AXC F 2152) Engineer, the connection is disconnected within about a few minutes or so , so does SSH connection between HostPC and PLCNext. “Network error:Software caused connection abort” dialog was shown from Putty(SSH Client). I did run factory reset from PLCNext Engineer bud it didn’t change. Hi Atsushi, hmm, sounds strange.

You’ve mentioned that you already performed a factory reset of the PLC, did you’ve had the issue also without having an application on the PLC? I suspect the problem only appears after you’ve first downloaded the application, can you attach a sreenshot of the WBM diagnostics (Profinet) and the complete log as pdf? Thanks Frank

Hello Frank-san, Thank you for the support. Please find the attached log file and screenshot. The application is just template of PLC Engineer so it should be harmless. I’m not sure “without having an application” you wrote but I did online then push “stop the controller” to stop the application. Problem still happened. Best regards, Atsushi

Hello Frank-san, Did you find anything about the error? The network connection lost interrupts so frequently and it is very annoyed. If the root cause is unknown, I would like to downgrade the firmware version… Best regards, Atsushi
