Currently we are facing issues on two different PLCs. An older one with Firmware 2021.0.3 LTS and one with Firmware 2022.0.8 LTS
On both PLCs the Axioline is not working. In the Output.log is the following Error message:
09.02.23 14:06:03.146 Arp.Io.Axioline.Internal.AxioDrvAcc ERROR - Send(): ioctl() fail, error 62.
09.02.23 14:06:03.151 Arp.Io.Axioline.Internal.AxioServices.AxioServiceExecuter ERROR - ProcessPdiService: Sending request failed.
The Axioline diagnos LED doesn’t show anything. And when trying to have a look on the axioline configuration in the WBM the connection to the WBM is instantly lost.
We already tryed to reset the device with FW 2022.0.8 LTS, but after sending the project, the same error occurs again.
Check and look carefully at the pins where the T-BUS connector plugs into the PLC and the modules. Unfortunately, this connector is very delicate and if you happened to plug in the module at a slight angle, the pins may have bent.
Hi Konrad,
thanks for your reply. The PLCs where already running for quite some time and haven’t been physically touched since then.
The error occurred after an update of the project. We already had the problem with bent pins in other projects. Then usually the PLC shows an axioline error.
Currently the PLC doesn’t show any status of the axioline.
