NTP Server - SNMP Libraries

hi all, I need to use an ntp server, with GPS to get the position, the data is transmitted via SNMP protocol.

I used the library downloaded from the SNMP plcnext store, but after parameterizing and running the setup, I keep getting this error:  
"The specified IEC type 'IPC_UDT_IP_SOCKET' is inaccessible."  
I try to do every thing, like  to change type of variable, o create a new variable. but nothing work.   
How can i do to resolve it?

I solved the problem,
there was a problem in moving the user library FB from the current project to a user library after inserting a call of the project FB.

So it's only necessary reinstall libraries ALL in the same default folder.  Simply.
