Hello, I’m trying to connect the AXC 2152 (2020.3 FW and 2020.3 Template) over NTP with a NTP Server on the internet. The Change Notes referred template 2020.3.1 is not available in 2020.3 PLCnE. 2020 05 04 17 39 46 PLCnext Engineer C Users Public Documents PLCnext Engineer Projects PSN 29042 In point 2.16.2.1 from the 2020 LTS Manual is described how to set up the client configuring the /etc/ntp.conf file. 2020 05 04 17 51 31 OpenSSH SSH client This file does not contain the configured server on the PLCnE. I don´t know how to proceed in order to set it up. Any sugesstions? Thanks, Angel

Hi Angel, This looks like it might be a bug. It is being investigated and, if it is a bug, it should be fixed in version 2020.6. There are two possible work-arounds at present:

                                               1. In PLCnext Engineer, use IP addresses instead of DNS names for the NTP server address(es). 
                                               2. Edit the `ntp.conf` file directly on the PLC.

Update: This has been fixed in version 2020.6.
