Currently running a AXC F 2152 with firmware 19.3.0. Is it possible to disable encrypted authentication for the OPC UA server?

So use anoymous or username and password?

Hello,

yes it is.
you will have to disable the User Manger completly in the Web based management of your PLC.

ip/wbm → Login → Security ->User Authentication → press Enable/disable → uncheck the checkbox → save.

You will be able to login without login credentials.
Plain text login is not supported.

This is NOT recommended for productive environment for security reasons…
