openCV on PLCNext : Problem Compiling FFmpeg

Hey there,

The goal of a small project at my university is to get openCV on to the PLCNext, which is easier said than done. I tried to set up a VM using Linux Ubuntu and following this tutorial here . After trying the whole day I am running into problems compiling FFmpeg:

The first problem was, when I tried tu run the .sh file i got the following error message : kilian@kilian-VirtualBox:/opt/pxc/ffmpeg$ sh config.sh Unknown option "". See ./configure --help for available options I deleted all the "" at the end of each line, which resulted in the following error: kilian@kilian-VirtualBox:/opt/pxc/ffmpeg$ sudo ./config.sharm-pxc-linux-gnueabi-gcc is unable to create an executable file. C compiler test failed. If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest version from Git. If the latest version fails, report the problem to the ffmpeg-user@ffmpeg.org mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.freenode.net. Include the log file “ffbuild/config.log” produced by configure as this will help solve the problem. And here is where I am stuck at the moment. Hopefully, someone here has a solution. Kind regards Kilian
