PLC AXC F 2152 BOOT LED Faulty

I have a AXC F 2152, the BOOT LED is blinking and the status does not changes.

I have tried to use the reset button but the LED is always blinking regardless. 

I there a way to use the USB type C ?

I faced with similar problem three times already. 
First of all you need try reset plc to it initial state through up to 30 sec pressing reset button at the same time you power up the plc, hold reset button until get leds orange.
I hope you have  a source file of the project, also you probably will need to upgrade plc firmware, as it can be downgrade during this process.
If this will not work, it can be some kind of internal SD card malfunction. If you have rights to disassemble plc itself it and  get  internal microSD, you can check and fix it with linux ext4 manage utilities, I use default gui disc utility on Ubuntu 20.04. Check partitions of the microSD, except small encrypted partition, and if there any errors, fix them.
After that try to launch plc again.
