Hi, I have two challenges: 1. I tried to add my PLCnext Controller to the Proficloud. Step to reproduce: WBM: Activate the Proficloud property in WMB. WMB shows: Proficloud Service State: The Proficloud is reachable and available. Proficloud Connection State: Connecting Device Registration Stat:Registered In the Proficloud I tried to Add a Device: Windows impulseanalytics: Add Device. I insert the UUID from the WBM. After press Add I got this information: The IDM could not configure the appliance/ImpulseCheck Device. Access Denied. PLCnext FW: 2020.6.1 2. In the Proficloud you can generate an Access Key for Access Api. To you have description for that? Thanks a lot. Alex
Hello Alex, with PLCnext devices you can use as of FW 2020.6.1 the known proficloud at www.proficloud.net or the new environment at proficloud.io. In proficloud.net you can use the TSD services for collecting and visualizing the selected values of your PLC. Here you find a short Video how to set up your device for TSD: https://www.plcnext-community.net/en/hn-knowledge-base/hn-tutorials/hn-proficloud.html In proficloud.io you can use the device management service to manage your devices (FW Update, etc). The manual with the instructions for proficloud.io is attached to this post. The Impulseanalytics service that you mentioned is only to be used with the ImpulseCheck devices, not with PLCnext.
