I’m using multiple monitors and sometimes I want to have PLCnext Engineer on two monitors (or a tab page that I can pull out) so that I can review/work on two pages at full size of a monitor (for example).
I tried PLCnext Engineer 2026.0 LTS but that has it not build in yet. It would be a quality of life update.
On a side note.
The screen can be extended to its main display resolution.
Examples:
- Main display 1920×1080 → Screen can extend up to 1920×1080
- 2 1920×1080 displays next to eachother → Screen can extend up to 1920×1080
- Main display 2560×1080 → Screen can extend up to 2560×1080
- 2 1920×1080 monitors configured in graphics options as one monitor output of 3840×1080 → Screen can extend up to 3840×1080*
*(note that this needs to be configured everytime you plug into a new docking station, and it is glitchy when doing so with a docking station, only use case if you have a locked setup)
