PLCnext Engineer not recognizing revision

When trying to connect my AXC F 2152. PLCnext Engineer - Ver 2022.3, cannot identify the firmware versions of my control module. I’ve also tried using archived version of the software but the same issue is occurring.

In the image below, using Version 2021.3.1 The module appears to recognize correctly but a connection cant actually be made when I attempt to write code the device. This version of the software doesn’t display a Version number.

Sorry for the very long delay.
If it’s not too late, can you please tell us what firmware version is actually running on the controller? Your version of PLCnext Engineer should be able to retrieve the firmware version number from more recent firmware versions, but perhaps not from older firmware versions.
