Dear Sir, Customer is using TeamViewer VPN to download Programs to PLC’s on site , He is doing wwith ILC’s and PC WORX. Now He is using AXCF 2152 and PLCNext Engineer , but he is not able to connect to AXCF 2152, rather he is able to open WBM, he can ping it. Please suggest . Regards Chetan
Hi Chetan, Can you please check that the required ports are not being blocked by a firewalls on the customers site, which can sometime happen with VPN or internet routers. Problem was solved using port forwarding (ref 00130889).
