Good Afternoon, My team and I were doing some tests with the PLCNext, trying to use MQTT protocolo, so we try to install Node.js app from PCnext Store and install it, and also using Node-Red, but it got stuck with RUN, FAIL and D LED are ON. We try to access from the web server, but we can´t, and we try to uninstall the aplications, and restart the firmware, but even withh that action, we can’t restore it to it’s normal funtion. Firstly, to get the PLC back to working order you can try a Type 1 reset, which should clear all the user files including the PLCnext Engineer project and any installed apps. Please let us know if this works. Secondly, I don’t know what caused this behaviour. If you suspect it was the Node.js app, then normally you would get support from the app developers, who you can reach using the “Contact” button on the app page in the PLCnext Store. In this case, it looks like the Node.js app is no longer in the PLCnext Store, so this won’t be possible.
