Hello, I have PLC starter kit, few weeks ago I configured and programmed everything is ok. Today I try to start again from zero from web portal https://192.168.1.10/wbm/Login.html using admin but cannot login anymore. Do someone have the same experience?
Hello, I hope I can help. Do you see the login window in your web browser? If so, I am guessing that when you enter the login credentials, the screen just refreshes and clears the text fields - is that correct? Are you able to log in to the PLC using ssh (from a Linux machine) or PuTTY (from a Windows machine)? The credentials should be the same as for the web-based management. If you are able to log in, can you please check the contents of the Output.log file, in the directory /opt/plcnext/logs. Hopefully there will be some messages near the end of this file, that will give a clue about what the problem is. If you would like us to look at this file, please let us know. Are you able to see the PLC when you scan the network in PLCnext Engineer, from the Project → Online Devices window ? Hopefully something here will give a clue that will help solve the problem. If not, please let us know the answers to these questions, and we can advise on the next step. ~ Martin.
