When I try to select ethernet to connect PLCnext Engineer to my PLC, I see red cross. I actually see this red cross for all options except „Wi-FI Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260“. (Please see attached picture). I thought it is a driver issue, so tried to update my ethernet driver, but nope. The same error still exists.
On my PC the adapter status shown in PLCnext Engineer matches the status shown by the ipconfig command: [attachment]2021-09-09_18-41-36.jpg[/attachment] [attachment]2021-09-09_18-50-34.jpg[/attachment] Are you sure there is a network connected to the adapter you want to use? .
Just to add some new information to this ticket - It seems that PLCnext Engineer only reads the Ethernet adapter status on startup, so if an adapter is actived after PLCnext Engineer starts, then PLCnext Engineer will only detect the change when it restarts.
