Problem with Module CANbus and PLCnext Engineer

Hello, I have a question regarding your product: CANbus;
One of our customers is using a CAN module (AXL F IF CAN 1H-2702668) and an AXC F 2152(2404267)
Which we have the following problem:
- Through programming in PLCnext Engineer in the CANbus protocol we have problems with communication, since from the programming software we have been doing tests but in a block CAN_CO_Funtions_11 automatically when activating the programming a failure (xError) occurs, thus causing the programming to not be able to read the sensors communicated by the CAN protocol.
- We would like to know why the error occurs?
Is programming poorly implemented?
What must be done to be able to read the parameters that are produced through the CAN module?
We have tested through the examples, and the same error occurs again.
