Hello, I got the information that the alarming function should be available by beginning of February.
I have two questions on this topic:
* Will customers have the ability to acknowledge the alarm? For example, will the alarm keep repeating until someone acknowledges it? Or can the alarm be sent to a second group of people if no one in the first group respond? * If a customer does receive an sms or email notification, can they send a text message or email back to proficloud and ultimately turn on an output on their PLC?
Hi, this alarming function will send out e-mail or SMS to the configured recipients. You can also select more than one recipient for one alarm. However, as far as I see, an acknowledge or a remote controlling of the PLC will be not supported in this first step.

How am I able to add notifications? Can I use it for watching data, so it sends me an email when it hits a condition? For example, give me an email when a tank is empty. Arne
