Hello, I wanted to start working with proficloud gen 2. However, the device remains offline there. I allready tried to add the device again and I also tried to reset the regtoken of the device. The device is online in the store, I am able to connect in plcnext engineer and winscp. What could be the problem? Arne

is your PLC able to reach the DNS?
maybe check your Gateway settings.
Also make sure that the Dateime of your PLC is correctly set. What PLC and FW are you using?

I am able to reach DNS, gateway seems right. I allready wrote the system datetime to the plcnext again, did it one more time to be sure but it is not helping. I am using an AXC F 2152, Firmware 2020.0.1 LTS. Arne
Hi Arne, Did you set the time of the PLC to UTC or to your system time? Do you have some OUT-Port variables in your PLC programm marked as proficloud variables? If no metrics/variables are assigned, then the TSD connection would not be established. Regards, Arno
I did both of them. The point is, I can acces the PLCnext variables at proficloud.net, but at proficloud.io i will not have a connection…
Dear Arne, The manual for establishing this connection will be published in the plcnext-community very soon. I think that you did not add your user certificate from proficloud.io to a trust store in your PLC, didn`t you? Arno
True that! After updating to newest firmware and user certificate it worked!
