Hi, some weeks ago I had a running proficloud.io. Today I tried to activate my Proficloud setup, but without any success. I enabled the settings in WBM and I can see that the PLCs are Online. In the Device Management I can see the Service folder, but there are not Services available (No Services Available). How I can activate again and how I can see my variables, which I have checked in PLCnext Engineer (Proficould properties)? Firmware of PLCnext 21512 = 2021.6.0 (21.6.0.46) Thanks. Alex L.
Hi, some new feedback from me. Now I restarted the PLC several times and after that I can see the metric again. But it seems the LED D show me an ERR. In the Device Management Service I got the feedback → Device status.LED D is red. What is the reason for this Error? The PLCnext Engineer project is running without any issues. In WMB I see this notification → Axioline State changed: RDY BUS FAIL (0x0084), ErrorCode=0x0a2f, AddInfo=0x0000 Thanks Alex L.
