I am having connection issues with a AXC 2152 on Firmware 2020.3.1 communicating via PROFINET to a Banner iVu Barcode Reader. I have imported Banners GSDML file and have selected and configured it as i normally have with my other PROFINET devices. But i get no communication attempts from the PLC to the Banner iVu BCR. I have even ran wire shark on a port mirror of both the Banner iVu and also the AXC 2152 and the PLC appears to have no attempted communications with the Banner iVu. I have verified success full communication with the Banner iVu and PROFINET Commander on my PC to eliminate the issue of the iVu. This now leaves me with a issue laying with the AXC 2152 or more as with the GSDML file import but i am at a loss of where to look for the issue. I solved the problem after a reboot of the AXC 2152. A few periodic profinet errors were still taking place but by adjusting the Monitor Factor/Monitor Time under the interface the problem was solved.
