I’m trying to connect an ACS880 ABB with FSPS 21 profisafe card to a 2152 with splc 1000. I am able to get the drive to communicate with the with plc and have sto function move from safe to non safe state. Also getting the data come back on SW and drive is receiving CW. The drive constantly has the following warning “0xA7DD
0000 0011
Waiting for initial PROFIsafe con-nection
This warning is always shown after drive or module re boot. If warning per sists, PLC is not able to establish a PROFIsafe connection to the drive. Check PLC program status (eg, PLC pro-gram has been configured correctly, it is in RUN state, etc”
The plc and splc are both running and no faults are shown, all cards are functioning with no faults, validated all networks in safe program, deleted everything and started again and no joy. Any thoughts?
Also I am getting warnings that tags need to be validated. How is this done?
Also, also there are some warnings for unused tags, will this affect anything?
