Retrieving Monitoring Data from the PLC

Hello everyone, hope you are having a good day,
I am working on a device monitoring project and currently using the AXC F 2152 PLC. I would like to retrieve the data that appears in the cockpit (temperature, CPU usage, memory, etc.) and save it in a log database.
Is it possible to obtain this data and send it, for example, via OPC UA?
