Hello, Is it possible to run more than one instance of PLC Next Engineer, without one of them being “restricted” ? Gtrz, JoKer
Hi JoKer, Sorry, this is not possible. ~ Martin.
Martin Thx A+
I have heard from a Phoenix source that it will newer be able to.
In that case you must run virtual machines.
They are planing for support multiple controllers, in one project, but it will probably be about a couple of years before…
Martin: In the InfoCenter the following exists. Can you please explain what this means - if not multiple copies: InfoCenter → Features and Roadmaps ->PLCnext Egnineer features Thanks as this has come up mutlilple times for me as well . Take care ! Peter
Hi Peter, It means that it’s possible to run more than one instance of PLCnext Engineer on the same machine. All but the first instance will run in “restricted” mode. Regards,
Martin.
