Safety License not being used

I have purchased a safety license and it is deployed on my laptop:

However, when I open my PLCNext project, the safety IO is still not available and I cannot add it to my project. As you can see in the screenshot above, the Safety license is also not being used.

How can I solve this?

I understand that this problem has been solved.
In order for Safety IO to be used in PLCnext Engineer, a PLC with Safety capability must be used in the Project tree.
